Pool Water Maintenance
We are pleased to offer our annual pool service program to clients in the GHA.

Option 1
Weekly Pool Water & Equipment Management
- Open pool in spring / Close pool in fall.
- Visit your pool once a week.
- Check all baskets and clean debris.
- Check pool floor and address any standing debris.
- Supply and administer all pool chemicals needed to balance your pool water.
- Direct access to your pool water service manager.
Option 2
Bi-weekly Pool Water & Equipment Assistance
- Open / Close pool.
- Visit your pool once every 2 weeks.
- Check all baskets and clean debris.
- Check pool floor and address any standing debris.
- Supply and administer all pool chemicals as needed.
- We administer chemicals as needed every other week. You maintain the water balance between visits.
- Direct access to your pool water service manager.
Option 3
Monthly Pool Water Testing & Treatment Assistance
- Open / Close pool.
- Visit your pool once a month throughout the pool season.
- Check all baskets and clean debris.
- Test pool water and administer pool chemicals as needed.
- Provide update on pool water chemistry.
- Supply pool chemicals needed between visits, by request. Chemical supply invoiced separately.
- Direct access to your pool water service manager.

Service Notes:
- If you own an automated pool wall / floor cleaner, we will clean the filters while at your home.
- We will check all equipment to make sure it is working properly. If any issues are discovered, we will advise you as to what repairs may be required.
- Spot vacuuming as needed to leave pool clean following regular visit.
- Manual vacuuming of entire pool floor by request only. If completed during a regularly scheduled visit, the cost will be $80.00 plus tax. Isolated vacuuming request outside the regularly scheduled visit will be $150.00 plus tax.
- The program is designed to operate between May (pool opening) to September (pool closing).
- Regular service rates will apply for additional requested service calls (ie: pump replacement).
What you will need to do:
- Please make sure all required pool items (ie: skimmer baskets, return/ jet fittings, etc.) are available and the area around the equipment is clear.
- Check the skimmer for debris daily between our visits.
- Check equipment daily to ensure it is running properly (ie: no new leaks in plumbing).
- A clean pool is optimal to keep your pool water balanced. Vacuuming as needed to keep your pool floor / walls clean is recommended. This can be completed with an automated vacuum or manually. Please contact us if you would like to purchase an automated pool vacuum.
- Add the pool shock we have provided after every heavy bather load (ie: party or extended family gathering). We can advise how much to add based on your pool size.
- Make sure we have access to your pool during the season.
